The Kiri tree is considered the fastest tree on earth. In just one year, it can grow up to 6 meters in height. It binds approx. 4 times as much CO2 from the atmosphere as other tree species on average and is rightly increasingly referred to as "The CLIMATE TREE". Its wood has many fascinating properties and is already considered the wood of the future in many areas of application.
Since our foundation in 2009, the German WeGrow group has quickly grown to become the European market leader in sustainable Kiri wood production. In the course of our global expansion, we have already been able to win customers in 36 countries on 5 continents for our products and our sustainable cultivation concepts of timber plantation, agroforestry and mixed reforestation. What´s your job?
- Coordination of forestry timber production (planting, pruning, tree care, irrigation, timber harvesting)
- Regular forest inventories and reporting
- Site assessments of potential new production areas (soil analyses, climate analyses, economic feasibility analyses)
- Support in the planning and implementation of international Kiri projects
- Consulting our worldwide farming partners
- Further development and implementation of the production systems plantation, agroforestry and mixed afforestation

How can you support us?
- Completed studies in forestry or comparable training
- Several years of practical work experience in commercial timber production, preferably plantation management and/or agroforestry or mixed reforestation
- Preferably experience in post-harvest technology (sawmill, plywood mill) as well as wood logistics
- Independent and reliable way of working, high demand on own work quality
- Business fluent in Spanish and English, additional knowledge of German an advantage
- Flexibility and high readiness to travel
